5.1 Submission Fees

Certain content submissions require payment of fees:

• Event/meeting submissions: $25.00

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

5.3 Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Technical errors in payment processing
• Service unavailability for extended periods
• Duplicate payments

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of payment and are subject to review.
