DevOps on a Budget - [Ethan Sumner](https://www.linkedin.com/in/ethansumner404/)

We will discuss how to create a DevOps mindset, adoption of DevOps tools and principles in a SME or Startup using Open source, FinOps and the cloud showcasing just how far you can go on on a budget and how accessible DevOps is to everyone, no matter the size of your organisation. Utilising past experience leading a DevOps transformation for an SME on a strict budget, technical debt and resistant leadership, this talks contains first hand experience on just how powerful adopting DevOps is.

Ethan Sumner is a Cloud Solutions Architect at Microsoft working Digital Natives (unicorns and startups) as well as running YoungDevOps, Yorkshire DevOps and co-organises Yorkshire Azure User Group.

Multi-tenant Platform Logging for Kubernetes Clusters - [Priyavart Kaushik](https://www.linkedin.com/in/priyavart-kaushik-066030177/)

Kubernetes Namespace isolation provides for multi-tenant deployments using the Namespace as a tenant boundary. Multi-tenanted logging beyond Kubernetes' namespace isolation is crucial to help SaaS platform admins and DevOps teams to plan for logging at scale. Priyavart will showcase how to use Fluentbit and Amazon MSK (Kafka) to buffer logs and help with logging at scale, and visualise these with Amazon OpenSearch.

Priyavart Kaushik is a Senior Solutions Architect at AWS
