  • Clear Event Name: Use a descriptive, professional title that clearly indicates the event's purpose
  • Comprehensive Description: Provide detailed information about the event, including agenda, speakers, and learning outcomes
  • Accurate Details: Ensure all dates, times, locations, and pricing information is correct and up-to-date
  • Professional Language: Use proper grammar, spelling, and professional tone throughout

Technical Details

  • Future Dates Only: Events must be scheduled for future dates (past events will be rejected)
  • Timezone Specification: Always include the correct timezone for your event
  • Location Clarity: For virtual events, specify "Online" or "Virtual" and include platform details
  • Registration Information: Provide clear instructions on how attendees can register
