• How are you managing up or managing down during the pandemic?
• How much time are you and yours spending on video conferences?
• How are you and yours balancing work and life while working from home?
• How are you managing morale on your team?
• How is your company facilitating remote work?
• Do you feel safe working in person if you are required to?

You don't have to be a manager to attend or contribute. Good managers can learn how to be good managers before they are managers and we all can improve at managing up!
