This is a free event brought to you in collaboration with the DevOps Columbia meetup group!

Kubernetes is powerful, but configurations can be complex to configure and manage at scale. Policies allow separation of concerns and enforcement of security and best practices compliance.

This session will introduce Kyverno, a CNCF sandbox project that is a policy engine designed for Kubernetes. Kyverno can secure pod configurations, check workloads settings, set default values, inject sidecars, and also auto-generate configurations.

The session will provide an overview of Kyverno, followed by a demo, and show you how you can apply Kyverno to your clusters to improve observability and security.
