Senior Site Reliability Engineer

UJET is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to enhance the reliability and performance of its platform. In this role, you will contribute significantly to uptime and operational excellence by designing and implementing automated processes for monitoring and incident response. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that shared goals align with both software development and operational success.

As part of your responsibilities, you will manage production systems on cloud infrastructure while proactively identifying and resolving potential issues before they impact customers. You will also participate in on-call rotations, collaborating with engineering teams to streamline deployment processes and improve system reliability.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of distributed systems, proficiency in scripting and automation, and experience with tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
