Senior Database Reliability Engineer

As a Senior Database Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the reliability and performance of our database systems. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that our databases meet the needs of our applications and users.

The role requires a deep understanding of both relational and NoSQL database technologies, as well as experience with cloud-based infrastructure. You will be responsible for automating database deployments, implementing monitoring solutions, and performing regular performance tuning and optimization tasks.

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for a team player who can communicate effectively across various departments. Your input will be vital in identifying potential issues and proactively mitigating risks to maintain our high standards of service reliability.

Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB. Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration frameworks like Kubernetes will be a significant advantage.
