Cloud Architecture: Architect scalable, secure, and cost-efficient solutions in Azure (networking, compute, storage, databases, monitoring). Automation & Tooling: Build CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM), and automation frameworks. Reliability & Performance: Drive observability, incident response, monitoring, and SRE practices to ensure system resilience. Collaboration: Partner closely with software engineering teams to improve deployment workflows, release processes, and system reliability. Strategy: Define DevOps best practices and roadmap, helping align technical investments with business goals. Qualifications Proven experience as a DevOps Lead, Tech Lead, or Manager, ideally in a fast-paced engineering environment. Strong hands-on expertise in Azure cloud services (AKS, App Services, Azure Functions, VNets, AAD, etc.). Deep experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar). Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates). Knowledge of containers & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK). Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python). Experience balancing people management and technical leadership—mentoring engineers, running standups, performance feedback. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and operations teams. 7 years relevant experience to include leadership. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, OR Associate's degree in a technical field, OR certification in relevant focus area. Requirements Exposure to security, compliance, and governance in Azure (identity, policies, RBAC). Background in SRE practices (SLAs, SLIs, SLOs).
