Change Management – Share Your Thoughts!

I’m working on a Change Management course for LinkedIn Learning right now to join my other courses, and I was hoping to hear some good new techniques people are using to do it that ensure compliance but are not super heavy and lame. My current approach is to mention the ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27000-1, etc.

Are you using any techniques that you think are excellent and would like others to hear about?
