While we understand that this change may be difficult, customers will benefit from using the new Microsoft Edge which follows the Modern Policy. To begin, we recommend that customers first read this detailed article about how to plan for Microsoft Edge deployment.

For customers using Internet Explorer 11 to access Azure DevOps Services, or using the legacy version of Microsoft Edge, support options are available to help transition to the new Microsoft Edge. Customers with Microsoft Unified Support can reach out to that support service for help transitioning to the new Microsoft Edge.

Although Azure DevOps Services will no longer support Internet Explorer 11, we want to be clear that Microsoft will continue to support Internet Explorer 11 and that our customers’ own legacy Internet Explorer 11 apps and investments will continue to work.
